Participate in a Scrum Simulation

Embark on an immersive journey into the world of Scrum by participating in a dynamic Scrum simulation or assembling your very own Scrum team. In this experiential endeavour, we unite individuals who are genuinely dedicated to the framework, and with a minimum of four committed members, we can form a collaborative group. Our primary objective is to establish a self-managing team that thrives on effective implementation and execution of pure Scrum.By connecting and aligning our aspirations, we can collectively define the desired outcomes we wish to achieve. Over the next few months, we will immerse ourselves in the Scrum framework to bring these aspirations to life. It is essential to recognize that the magnitude of the endeavour need not be daunting; rather, our focus lies in accomplishing something of significance while leveraging Scrum's principles. Throughout the journey, we will adopt rotational roles, assuming the responsibilities of Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developers, fostering a shared sense of ownership and collaboration.
